why @VMelinjo isn't Venna Melinda's parody

"Ada yang buat Twitter palsu saya. Membuat imej buruk, misalkan katanya saya waktu ditanya tentang human trafficking, tapi saya jawab itu urusan departemen perdagangan. Kesannya kan saya bego banget," curhat [Venna Melinda -red] seraya tertawa.

One reason  why Vmelinjo is a different persona altogether is because she lives[?] a different life-world setting with the said DPR member. in @VMelinjo's tweets, we could see that she is being playful and all the jazz with her own daily settings, tweeting about her random ignorance of everything that's commonsensical. is this a politician's tweet? no. and is this a parody? No. Why it's not a parody, is mainly because there's no common grounds between the two persona, the name's even different.

Simon Dentith (2000: 9), defines parody as "any cultural practice which provides a relatively polemical allusive imitation of another cultural production or practice."

VMelinjo, her name be forever praised, has no qualms about playing ignorant and laughing at her own stupidity. is this an imitation of Venna Melinda's practice? well, VMelinjo was 'asked' about human trafficking, but hey, you could even ask me about human trafficking, and i'd say it goes to the DLLAJR because the institution's business is about the traffic. anyone could answer whatever to what's asked. is this a parody? no. it's a random thought with no scientific purposes.

Another interesting thing, is that VMelinjo isn't based on the persona of Dancer turned politician who shall not be named, just one aspect, which might also be a misquotation. it's not enough to be a parody, it's barely even a carricature of the said person. someone's just getting too Ge eR.

just a little afternoon masturbation, been awhile since i write anything anyway.
